$2.4 million for Jackrabbits

When Jackrabbits work together, there’s nothing we can’t do.

Nothing proves this more than the success of the seventh annual One Day for STATE celebration.

On Sept. 7, more than 6,225 donors came together as one, raising over $2.4 million to transform lives at SDSU, bolstering scholarships, academic programming, research, athletics and student support.

The yellow and blue community celebrated, shared and gave. Most of all, we turned one day into countless new opportunities for our Jackrabbits family.

In just 24 hours, alumni, faculty, staff, parents, students and friends worked together to fuel support, shatter records and uplift every corner of the university.

SDSU’s annual giving day has become a beloved tradition not because of the dollars raised, the nail-biting ambition of a 24-hour goal, or even the programs impacted at the university.

What sets One Day for STATE apart are the people driving the event, connecting with a family of thousands of alumni, and proving year after year that there’s nothing the yellow and blue community can’t do when we work together.

One Day for STATE is a testament to the bold things that can happen when ambition becomes tradition, and for SDSU, our annual giving day tradition is as bold as it gets.
